Boiler upgrade scheme
Everyone’s energy bills have reached all time high levels.
The government have changed the way the grant schemes work to try and help more people than ever before. Several health related
conditions are now applicable and only applies to one member of the household. Conditions like asthma, COPD, heart conditions
including hypertension and auto immune disorders now qualify regardless of income. Please call for further advice.
Changes for 2024
It’s now not necessary to claim benefits in most areas to access funding on inefficient homes as it’s recognised that insulation and either full heating systems or replacing inefficient boilers with modern condensing gas boilers or air source heat pumps is the way forward. This includes first time full heating systems for those that have never had a wet central heating system.
