Eco Four brings the largest change to the grant scheme since its inception. This is great news for properties most in need. We carry out a whole house survey which recommends sometimes multiple measures. Each property is treated individually and we now feel confident to say this is the best grant yet! We recently completed a project where a house went from an EPC rating of G1 and the final result was A98! This involved internal wall insulation, room-in-roof insulation, first-time central heating, air source heat pump and a solar panel package! The result was nothing short of incredible.
